Navigating Parental Alienation
You're not alone. And you're not powerless.
"My podcast is the guidebook I was looking for two decades ago when I was alienated from my children and no one understood what was happening to my family. Through trial and error, I gradually learned what works, what doesn’t, and why."
If you know or suspect that your children are being alienated from you, NAVIGATING PARENTAL ALIENATION is for you, and for anyone who is trying to help or support someone dealing with parental alienation.
Jacqueline Rourke is a former targeted parent who is using her skills as an an award-winning broadcast journalist to help other targeted parents understand the nightmare they are in and help them find their way out. She shares everything she learned while suffering through alienation to be able to come out the other side and reconnect fully with her children.
In this podcast, Jacqueline interviews parents who are alienated from their children, as well as mental health clinicians, legal professionals, researchers and other experts who have something helpful and meaningful to share.
If you are alienated from your children, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Hearing from other parents about their experience will help you understand what may be going on in your situation. And Jacqueline's insight into what works and what doesn't will empower you to act with confidence as you work to reconnect with your alienated children.

What an excellent introduction to a phenomenon that is so confusing to so many. Whether the alienated parent or someone who is trying to support them- this podcast is must listening. As someone who has recently seen the term PA tarnished by those attempting to use it as a legal deflection when facing very real and serious charges of abuse- it is so important to reclaim it and explain and explore how it really does happen. And if it does- how to recognize the early signs and best cope with it. What a service this is to those who may unfortunately find themselves in this painful situation through no fault of their own -and to their children who also suffer. Looking forward to learning more.
